Research Director, MANCHESTER
In addition to leading some of our key accounts and winning new business, we want someone who can fulfil the role through:-
- Embracing new methodologies – bringing new ways of working.
- Offering a broader perspective; looking beyond primary research to provide commercial recommendations.
- Providing enlightening, inspiring key messages to our clients.
- Being a role model to middle/junior staff.
- Incorporating consumer trends and thinking.
…ultimately playing a pivotal role in helping our clients navigate change.
You will have proven success in a Research Director (or similar) role in a comparable company, preferably agency side.
You have a depth and breadth of research experience and will be:-
- Able to demonstrate the commercial application of research findings and consumer trends.
- A proven business winner, with expertise in key account management.
- Equally comfortable with all aspects of the research and consultancy mix.
- Curious and tenacious about discovering the latest thinking and bring your own perspective on the future of market research.
- Able to show how you have created ideas and best practice and had those ideas adopted.
In addition, you will also have experience of leading and developing large accounts and have passion for using new market research techniques and methodologies – and considering different approaches.
