The Co-operative Food wanted to get to know UK families, in order to bring the insights of home life into their business.
Join the Dots worked with The Co-operative Food to establish Talking Shop, an online community of both customers and potential customers. Since July 2010, it has provided the Co-operative with a way of always being in conversation with customers.
To help The Co-operative Food learn about families, Join the Dots combined an innovative mix of research techniques with the purchase and demographic data they already held, to give them a holistic understanding of how and why families behave in the way they do.
The results are helping The Co-operative Food move forward with their family strategy for 2011/2012.
