The COI wanted to understand how successful a new online advertising campaign had been, in terms of creating positive messages about the particular organisation as a potential career. This was an online campaign without support from other media, using a new creative theme.

Join the Dots used the latest tagging technology to interview a selection of the target market who had been exposed to the ads, and a selection who had not. We wanted to understand whether the campaign had been placed and targeted correctly, whether it had been seen, and whether it had communicated the right messages about the organisation.

We integrated the research findings with spend and panel tagging data to provide COI with an assessment of effectiveness of the campaign.
