easyJet wanted an ongoing feedback mechanism which would bring the voice of the customer in to their business on a daily basis.

Join the Dots created an online community of recent flyers with easyjet. The community has been running since 2008 and over this period we have collected customer feedback on every touchpoint, from first enquiries to customers reaching their destinations. We have also worked in partnership with easyjet to dovetail with other data sources such as quantitative tracking studies, CRM information, passenger data etc. to provide a holistic view of customer behaviour.

We have helped easyJet place the voice of the customer at the heart of their decision making.
