Homebase wanted an ongoing measurement of customer conversion and satisfaction across a number of product categories in which they operate – both for Homebase and key competitors in the DIY market.

Join the Dots conduct a large scale, ongoing tracking study, covering multiple product categories and consumer touch-points. This is supplemented by ad hoc projects which aim to further our understanding of how customers behave in store and online.
