Standard Life wanted to engage regularly with customers both online and offline to understand their issues when it comes to Financial Services.

Join the Dots worked with Standard Life to create an online market research community amongst customers. Since inception, this has enabled Standard Life to test a variety of communications, along with establishing an ongoing dialogue between stakeholders and consumers; while offering significant financial savings on ad hoc work.

In addition, we facilitate an ongoing series of sessions called ‘Customer Closeness’. Held around the country these sessions allow Standard Life stakeholders (including Senior Executives) to meet customers (recruited from the community and beyond) to understand more about their needs and challenges in 2011.

Using the Community has allowed Standard Life to get closer to customers and learn more about their challenges and needs.
