Chris Haydon
Research Director
Chris has been a researcher for approaching 10 years, the last 6 of which have been spent in various consumer research roles with Join the Dots (Virtual Surveys). Pre-Join the Dots he explored a range of advertising and product development research methods with TBWA in Manchester.
His interests lie in consumer behaviour, technology usage and communications and his research experience spans advertising, travel, technology, finance, retail and FMCG. He is also an experienced qualitative researcher with his main focus having been website usability.
Currently he manages several large-scale online 'insight' communities, building relationships with consumers to understand their response to a range of issues (brand and advertising, spending behaviour, travel habits, uptake and usage of new technology).
Chris has a BSc in Mathematics and is an Associate Member of the MRS.
