Gavin has worked in agency-side market research for the past ten years, spending the last four running online communities for a range of different clients in categories such as retail, utilities, FMCG, education and entertainment.
He previously worked for B&MR (now Harris Interactive) and Ci Research where he ran large scale ad hoc and continuous projects for a wide range of clients in differing sectors.
He studied Popular Music and Jazz in Manchester and is an Associate Member of the MRS.
