Jon has around twenty years' experience in research, starting in the media team at BMRB International.

Before joining the company, Jon was Research Director at WaveMetrix, conducting online buzz research studies for companies such as Nokia, Samsung and Vodafone. Prior to that he was Director of Media Research at Continental Research, where his clients included Boots, Channel 4, COI, Diageo, eBay, Electronic Arts, Honda, ITV and Procter & Gamble.

Jon is a Full Member of the Market Research Society and a winner of the British Market Research Association Award for Innovation.
