Matt joined the company in April 2008. He focuses on online community delivery and has successfully managed research communities for easyJet, O2, Standard Life, Universal McCann and The Co-operative. In addition Matt has managed a large open community for the Home Office, exploring young people’s attitudes to ID cards.

Matt is well-versed in all the challenges of making a community successful – and has delivered the community aspect of the MRS Online Panels and Communities and MRS Social Media training courses. You might also have seen him recently co-present with O2 about their online community at the WARC Online Research Now & Next conference.

Prior to joining Join the Dots, Matt worked at Gamma Associates, supervising several major quantitative studies including the New Car Buyers Survey (NCBS). His role on NCBS involved liaison with most of the major car manufacturers in Europe and Asia, including reporting and the provision of training sessions in the use of analysis software.

Matt studied Geophysical Sciences at Southampton University and is an Associate member of the MRS. He holds the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market & Social Research Practice – with a Merit & Distinction.
