How does the programme work?
You’ll start your career in Sep 2019, spending seven months in our development programme as an Academy Executive. We’ll take your raw talent and, through a structured syllabus of training (accredited by the Market Research Society) and placements, we’ll support your progress and you’ll graduate to the research teams. There you will begin conducting and helping with the management of projects and continue to develop your career.
This is for you if you…
- …are curious about people and what makes them tick i.e. why do people do what they do and why do they not always do what they say?
- …want to work somewhere that gives you the chance to progress quickly, with the ability to learn fast.
- …relish personal challenges and a constant pace of change which you’ll find here at Join the Dots.
- …grab the initiative, but equally thrive on the success of those around them and the team they’re part of.
- …are a graduate or a non – graduate.
What’s in it for you?
You will be based in the heart of the Northern Quarter in Manchester, surrounded by cool bars and restaurants and are about a 7 minute walk from Piccadilly Gardens. We have regular team socials and run charity events throughout the year.
