The 7 month programme is tailored to the ‘Join the Dots way’ of doing research and is accredited by the MRS. It has a wide variety of training combined with the opportunity to work on live client projects, meaning our programme is robust and detailed, ensuring we give people the best possible start to their research careers.

Launched in 2017, dotMasters is a bespoke programme of formal and informal, group and individual training for all of our Research Managers and Senior Research Managers. It’s designed to provide specific training on the areas this group need to develop into more senior roles in market research and here at Join the Dots.
Made up of training modules such as ‘building great client relationships and developing accounts’ and ‘using frameworks to help our clients understand their customers better’, the programme gives access to the most senior people in the business as each module is designed and delivered by members of our leadership team.
It also provides a channel for our RMs and SRMs to come together and share experiences and best practice.
