meet Jeff

Jeff heads up our US office and has overall responsibility for running the US operations, leading and overseeing client relationships and research/consultancy projects and managing the US team. Jeff has fifteen years’ research experience across qual and quant disciplines, managing a large number of projects, including tracking, ad-hoc and online community based research for a range of FMCG, consumer healthcare and financial clients. He also has extensive experience in pricing, range/concept testing, advertising, usage and attitude, customer satisfaction/loyalty, employee and website evaluation methodologies. Jeff is dedicated to helping clients make better commercial decisions by bringing together rigorous primary research with the latest thinking in psychology, behavioral economics and consumer trends.
