Our New York office is located within WorkVille, a premium co-working space in the heart of NYC. The vibrant environment has allowed us to get closer to clients in the area, as well as attract some great team members.

The New York team offer full-service research, with expertise in customer journeys and global online communities. They work closely with our culture & trends team based in the UK, to ensure we add a cultural lens when examining consumers – a lens which highlights the subtle differences in the way people around the world have come to achieve happiness.

Since opening the office in 2017, the team in New York have worked with clients across North America, including PepsiCo and GSK.

GSK global healthcare community

GSK wanted to include consumers far more in their decision making around the globe. Their vision was for a community that allowed them to "immerse the consumer in every conversation through delivering unbiased, actionable, forward thinking insights that drive successful innovation, design & communication".

GSK Consumer Healthcare needed a solution with capacity, over 150 reports a year, and a solution with speed that gave them 24/7 access to their customers. Our qualitative Health Hub provided the answer.

Jeff heads up our US office and has overall responsibility for running the US operations, leading and overseeing client relationships and research/consultancy projects and managing the US team. Jeff has fifteen years’ research experience across qual and quant disciplines, managing a large number of projects, including tracking, ad-hoc and online community based research for a range of FMCG, consumer healthcare and financial clients. Jeff is dedicated to helping clients make better commercial decisions by bringing together rigorous primary research with the latest thinking in psychology, behavioral economics and consumer trends.
